하트는 어떻게 채워지나요
시간이 지나면 저절로 돌아옵니다. 10분에 하나씩, 최대 다섯 개까지 모입니다. 기다리는 대신 광고를 보거나 엽전으로 바꿀 수도 있습니다.
반딧불이·명주실·기름도 시간이 지나면 돌아오나요
길잡이 반딧불이는 30분에 하나, 명주실 타래는 60분에 하나씩 돌아옵니다. 초롱 기름은 최대 두 개까지 지닐 수 있습니다.
기기를 바꿨는데 걸어온 길이 그대로 이어지나요
같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있다면 이어집니다. 두 기기 모두에서 설정 > iCloud 동기화가 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요.
구매한 것이 사라졌어요
설정 > 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 구매하실 때 쓴 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 합니다.
광고를 다 봤는데 받지 못했어요
잠시 뒤 다시 시도해 주세요. 광고가 중간에 끊기면 지급되지 않습니다. 계속 같은 일이 생기면 위 메일로 알려 주세요.
환불하고 싶어요
앱 안에서는 환불을 처리할 수 없습니다. Apple의 문제 신고 페이지에서 신청하실 수 있습니다.

Contact: ttorolu.help@gmail.com — this is a one-person app, so a reply may take a few days. Please include your device model, iOS version, app version (Settings > About), and what you were doing when it happened.
- Hearts refill on their own: one every 10 minutes, up to five.
- Fireflies return one every 30 minutes, silk thread one every 60 minutes, and you can hold up to two lantern oils.
- New device: sign in with the same Apple Account and turn on Settings > iCloud Sync on both devices.
- Missing purchases: tap Settings > Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
- Rewarded ad didn’t pay out: please try again in a moment — an ad that is closed early does not grant the reward. Email us if it keeps happening.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not inside the app.
